Quick answers

Manage or cancel your subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions, choose Zigma, and change or cancel your plan. You keep access until the period ends.

Restore a purchase

Reinstalled the app or switched devices? Open Zigma’s Settings and tap Restore purchases to recover your active subscription.

Delete your account & data

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and content, including your photos and journal.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
